Group Personal Training

Group Personal Training sessions are programmed and designed to incorporate the physical aspects of fitness, all in a group setting with other people of like minded goals. While the programming is designed for the group as a whole, we understand that many individuals may need modifications or adjustments to some of the exercises. For this reason, our trainers will easily be able to accommodate any member needing a more appropriate exercise at any time. All Group Personal Training sessions will be coached by a professional, certified trainer to ensure safe execution of all exercises, and to help keep you motivated and on track with your fitness goals. Exercise not only needs to be effective, it needs to fun and challenging. Our programming will host a collection of different training styles to keep your body progressing! Free weights, bands, boxes, ropes and even your training partner plus much more will be used in our dynamic group setting whether it’s a circuit, a relay, or a Bootcamp style session. All classes including Group Personal Training require you to sign up, so it’s important to book your class in advance to secure your reservation and workout.

Cycling & Circuits

Get ready for the ride of your life! Sprints, climbs and racing down the home stretch will target your legs and your lungs. Great music, great workout- Bring a sweat towel and your water, you’re gonna need it!!! If you’re not quite ready for an hour of cycling, check out our combo class; Circuits & Cycling. In this class, we will dedicate approximately 25 minutes to cycling and 25 minutes to circuit training for a full body sweat!!

Boxing & Bootcamp

This class is straight up empty your tank, punch away a bad day, calorie crushing shadow boxing class. Fast beat music will push you to your limits. This is not your typical boxing class… Come see for yourself! But if you’re looking to have the best of both worlds, try our combo class called Boxing and Bootcamp! In this class, we will combine 25 minutes of shadow boxing with 25 minutes of bodyweight bootcamp style exercises creating a full body burn!!!

KRAV MAGA

WHAT IS KRAV MAGA?

Krav Maga (Hebrew for “contact combat”) is the official self-defense and conditioning system for the Israeli Military. It was developed by Imi Lichtenfeld, and is designed to be effective regardless of age, gender, athletic ability, or body type. The system also takes into account the fact that most people cannot devote many hours to hand to hand combat and physical training, so it’s goal is to get practitioners as conditioned and proficient in the shortest amount of time possible.

Unlike many other systems or styles, Krav Maga is not a sport or an art, but a survival system that deals with personal safety issues. It works against unarmed, armed, and multiple attackers, and also focuses on awareness and de-escalation to avoid physical conflict when possible. It has literally been battle tested and proven effective.

Although not a spiritual pursuit by design, Kravists develop a practical fighting spirit through their constant striving to improve in practice so they will be prepared to defend themselves in real life. Life skills like confidence, work ethic, and perseverance developed in training are applicable in all aspects of life. Krav Maga is also unique because it is continually being improved and updated as new data becomes available.
