We have the tools, you bring the desire to change. At The Training Project, it's our job to educate our members about all the different components of fitness. Our Group Training sessions coupled with our fitness classes will cover all your physical needs including tightening and strengthening the muscle, muscular balance, endurance and conditioning, core stability and cardiovascular health. We also provide Nutritional Coaching as an additional service. This service provides you with a custom plan built for you as an individual to meet your needs and goals.
With such busy lifestyles today, people find it challenging to fit exercise into an already packed schedule. Accountability plays a big supportive role in our ability to remain consistent with our fitness goals. Next to time restraints, no body wants to make time for an exercise plan that won't compliment their goals while remaining injury free.

Unlimited Month to Month Membership Our Unlimited Month to Month Membership includes UNLIMITED access to ALL Group Personal Training Sessions, ALL Group Fitness Classes (Yoga, Kick box and Spin) and ALL scheduled OPEN GYM TIME. You are welcome to attend as many classes as you'd like during the week, you can even sign up for a double and stack a Group Training Class with a Group Fitness Class. We can help you schedule a workout plan for the week; planning workout days as few as 2 days and as many as 6 days a week. The best part is that you'll always have an instructor or coach taking you through your workout. We will make sure you are executing each exercise properly, staying safe and motivated. Pre-Paid Visits Our Pre-Paid Visits give you the flexibility to use your visits when it's convenient for you. Pre-paid visits also allow you access to any of our group training sessions, fitness classes and "open gym time" that is on our schedule. Each session, class or open gym time reflects a visit. Download our app to help keep track of when you're due to renew your Pre-Paid Visits. Pre-Paid Visits can also be purchased through our app. For iPhone users, type The Training Project in your App Store search bar. Why we require Sign-ups!
To ensure the integrity of our services and your experiences, we are asking our members to sign-up for their sessions / classes in advance. A lot of facilities today are very busy with many people trying to get in their workouts during peak hours. One of our goals is to create a great exercise experience where you know, not only will you be coached during your workout, but you'll be able to ACTUALLY workout and not be over crowded or asked to compromise your workout. Also by limiting the number of people in one training group, this allows the trainer to better coach and observe our members to be sure you are getting exactly what you need from your workout!
