This membership is perfect for the gym class junkie! All classes can be customized and tailored to all individuals based on fitness level, experience and injury status. All classes are demonstrated and coach throughout it's entirety. Group Personal Training (GPT) classes are pre-programmed as full body workouts with a focus rotating from strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness or a combination of all 3. Class Packs are great for short term membership options. This option may be used for in-person as well as remote live via ZOOM
